Online TeleData Training Courses
August 12-15 registration for five courses will be offered to IBEW 20 members holding TeleData classifications. The following courses address the training requirements for Installers level 1-5.
- Level 1 Course – Low Voltage Structured Cabling Systems (includes Grounding training)
Cost – $257.09
- Level 2 Course – Fiber optics
Cost – $221.17
- Level 3 Course – Security (includes Access Control)
Cost – $137.67
- Level 4 Course – Audio-Video (A/V and Streaming Technology)
Cost – $114.26
- Level 5 Course – Networking Technology
Cost – $122.89
Each course is self-paced but must be completed in 90 days. Multiple courses may be taken simultaneously, but it is recommended that no more than 3 are taken at one time. Each course is stand-alone and has no prerequisites. Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection is required.
Once registered, books will be ordered.
You will be notified when to pick up the books. You may register in person, but a second trip to the school will be required once the books arrive. A tutorial for online learning will be given on book pickup day. Cash is not accepted. Check, money order, cashiers check, or credit card*. * A 3% fee is charged for credit purchases.
